Our First Christmas Tree...

in Tucson...We had a Charlie Brown tree in Wyoming one year

Bridgett chooses the tree...

The tree "tied" to the top of my car...
which promptly fell off in the middle of the road
and I had to quickly rescue it,
then fold all the seats down in the car
and shove the tree in to get it home.
Bridgett was luckily in our other car
or that tree would have been road kill.
Back when I was little they used a machine
to wrap the tree in plastic netting
so it wasn't a giant sail on the car.

Do the lights go on first...


Mommy and Bridgett adding more ornaments :)
Bridgett and Isabel put most of the ornaments on
so there was a nice congregation of ornaments
on the bottom 3rd of the tree.
